31 - How To Take A Time-Out Effectively

In today's fast-paced world, it's easy to get caught up in the heat of the moment and let your anger take over. As you know, this often leads to poor decisions, destructive behavior and large amounts of regret.

That's why it's so important to control your anger before it gets out of control. A simple tool for doing this is called taking a "Time-Out". Taking a Time-Out is an effective way to manage your anger and give yourself the time to think about how you want to react.

But what is a Time-Out, when should you take one and how do you take Time-out effectively?
